ABOUT polina:
Polina was born in a small provincial town in Russia. At the age of 5 she went to an Arts school where she was studying music, dancing, choreography, ethics and theatre. Polina started to dance Ballroom and Latin when she was 7.
After finishing the Arts school, 14 year old girl moved to Moscow and her dancing career shoot off. Polina became a member of the National team when she was 16 and was awarded Master of Sports of Russia.
At 18 Polina joined the Faculty of Fine Arts in the Moscow State University, where she was studying Art history, Performance and Pedagogy of Ballroom and Latin dancing. Polina’s early titles include silver medals in Russian National and World Youth 10 dance.
Polina turned Professional in 2015 and went to win many prestigious titles around the world.
Polina’s professional achievements include:
- Latin National Russian Champion
- European Vice-Champion
- Vice-Champion Youth Latin
- Finalist of all major International Professional Latin Championships
