About:
Anna was born in 1985 in Moscow. Ballroom dancing came into her life when Anna turned 11 and she started entering National and World Championships with Eugene Imrekov.
In 2002 Anna was invited to England and her dance career shoot of with Kevin Clifton.
In 2006 Anna moved to Italy and partnered with Stefano di Filippo, representing Italy. Together the couple won Amateur World title in Australia in 2008, European Championship, UK Open and British Open in 2009.
In 2009 Anna decided to return to Russia and continue her career as a professional with Slavik Kryklyvyy. The couple took part in all major championships and performed at most prestigious event, including World Dance Super Stars in Tokyo.
After Slavik Anna danced with Justinas Duknauskas, representing Lithuania. The couple were a winner at at WDC World Professional Latin Show Dance Championship in 2011 and Finalists at the World Latin Championship in 2012.
From 2017 Anna focuses her career performing showcases with Victor Da Silva and Franco Formica. Exhibition dancing required extra strength and flexibility training.
In 2020 Anna was invited to dance at Russian ‘Dancing with the Stars’. Straight after her and her husband Denis Tagintsev joined new dance TV program ‘Dance Revolution’.
Now Anna is back with Stefano conquering the world and sharing their knowledge and inspiration through Dance Legends United project.
Stefano was born in Rome, where he started dancing at the age of 9. His parents used to take him with them when attending social dance classes.
Stefano became world champion in Youth and Open Latin Amateur categories. Before turning a professional, Stefano was a multiple Italian champion and a Finalist in all major world Championships dancing with his sister Annalisa Di Filippo.
Between 2006 and 2009 while partnering with Anna, Stefano wins all major Amateur World titles.
In 2010/2011 with his professional partner Olga Urumova, Stefano becomes IPDSC Professional Latin World Champion and finalist at British, UK Open and International Championships.
Stefano is also famous for for taking part in Italian ‘Dancing with the Stars’.
In 2012 – 2020 Stefano was dancing with Daria Chesnokova, making all major World Finals, winning the Asian Tour 2018/2019 amd winning UK Open in 2020.
He is excited to be back with Anna in their new chapter.
Did you know?
Anna was competing in Figure skating until the age of 9.
Stefano started dancing with his sister Annalisa, with whom he won first Italian Champion title.
