THE GALA BALL London 8 – 10 March 2025
The London Gala Ball is truly one of the most inspirational dance events of the year. It features a two day Dance Competition with world class adjudicators and a glamorous Charity Dinner Dance on Saturday evening. In 2025 we are adding a Dance Camp on Monday.
‘Tango Fusion’ Performance Course
‘Tango FUSION’ is a 10 week Amateur course. You will learn a fun dynamic routine based on Tango with elements of Cha-Cha, Paso and other styles. You will debut at Christmas Party on 14 December.

From the very beginning dancing with a professional makes you feel like a star – no question about it, BUT…
So, What is American Smooth?
The name Smooth represents the flawless movement and seamless transitions between the holds and positions. These days it is a group of four dances: Slow Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz. The tempo of the music is adjusted to accommodate the specifics of the style.
Can There Be Too Much Technique?
Why learning technique in dancing is important and what is the danger in thinking too much? First and foremost, let’s figure out why we need to learn technique in the first place. The answer seems obvious: good technique allows us to CONTROL Speed, Balance and Rhythm as well as define the dance Style.
