Viktoriya Wilton

Viktoriya was born in Ukraine and started dancing at the age of five, inspired by her father’s love to this beautiful sport. She took part in her first competition aged seven and went on to become a junior 10 dance National finalist.

During University years Viktoriya scored further success, the most noteworthy being with the Competition Aerobic Team that was awarded 4th place at the National Championships.

It has always been Viktoriya’s dream to teach dance and share her passion with others. She moved to England in 2002 and qualified as a fitness instructor and then a dance teacher. She was running various dance and fitness classes across Devon and Cornwall and then London.

Viktoriya continues her professional dance carrier as a teacher and performer with Andrew Cuerden, taking part in various lecturing and show projects around the UK and abroad.

After some break from the competitive dance floor Viktoriya has decided to return to the big sport a few years ago and is now representing England as a Latin Professional with her partner Paulius Vaskelis. They currently rank 8th in the UK and 46th Rising Star in Blackpool 2017.

Her biggest passion is, of course, inspiring others with all the beautify that dancing has to offer. Viktoriya teaches many of the classes within the school, private lessons, including pro-am competitors and performers, students preparing for examinations, etc.
